7M hall effect crank trigger set ONLY
Convert your 7M to a hall effect sensor set with either a 12 tooth or 12-1 tooth setup. 36-2 is currently unavailable until it is tested on car.
Yes, you will be charged a refundable $200 deposit for your timing cover and crank gear and will send everything needed for your install.
No, you will send in your timing cover and crank gear and will be modified once it’s received.
Install crank gear (Be careful not to damage or bump any teeth on install)
Install timing belt
Install timing cover
Thread sensor in until it gently touches the crank gear, back sensor out 1.5-2 turns.
Tighten sensor nut to 15 ft-lbs.
Verify the sensor nut is flat or parallel to the timing cover, if not it may touch the crank pulley and possibly damage nut or sensor from heat. If needed tighten the nut until the nut is flat.
Wire the sensor to your computer or wiring harness. (Must verify wiring below)
1: Brown – 12v IGN switch or main relay
2: White – Output signal
3: Blue – Sensor ground
4: Black – Not used
