Billet steel R154 retainer plate, fits all R series transmissions (R150, R151, R154 etc)
This starts off as a full piece of billet steel, not laser cut and finished after.
The factory-stamped steel plate is weak, while the billet version holds the main shaft securely in place, ensuring proper gear alignment.
I rebuild a ton of W58/R154 transmissions. Between random availability problems and quality or fitment issues, I’ve decided to make my own.
The final version will have counter sink hardware, which is included
These are more expensive than others, but the quality and choice of steel material more than make up for it.
